Tarifio hesabını uygulama içinden sil
- Tarifio uygulamasını aç ve giriş yap.
- Profil sekmesine git.
- Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil'e dokun.
- Açılan onay ekranında silme işlemini onayla.
Silme işlemi anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
Uygulamaya erişimin yoksa
Cihazını kaybettiysen ya da uygulamayı kaldırdıysan tarifioapp@gmail.com adresine, hesabına bağlı e-posta adresini veya telefon numarasını belirterek yaz — talebini elle işleme alıp makul bir süre içinde hesabını sileriz.
Silinen veriler
Hesap silme işlemiyle aşağıdakiler kalıcı ve geri alınamaz biçimde silinir:
- Hesap kimliğin (e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, bağlı Google/Apple/Facebook kimliği)
- Tüm tariflerin (başlık, malzemeler, adımlar, kapak görselleri dahil)
- Aktif oturum bilgilerin
- Uygulama içi profil/tercih ayarların
Saklanan veriler
Kimliğinle eşleştirilemeyen, yalnızca güvenlik ve teknik izlenebilirlik amacıyla tutulan bazı anonim kayıtlar, sabit bir süre için sistemde kalabilir:
- Hata günlükleri — en fazla 90 gün, sonrasında otomatik silinir.
- İçe aktarma etkinlik günlükleri — en fazla 180 gün, sonrasında otomatik silinir.
Bu kayıtlar hesabın silindikten sonra kişisel kimlik bilgisi (e-posta, telefon, ad) İÇERMEZ; rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliğine (UUID) bağlıdır ve seninle ilişkilendirilemez. Detay: Gizlilik Politikası.
Delete your Tarifio account from within the app
- Open the Tarifio app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion on the confirmation screen.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you don't have access to the app
If you've lost your device or uninstalled the app, email tarifioapp@gmail.com with the email address or phone number linked to your account — we will process your request manually within a reasonable time.
Data that is deleted
Account deletion permanently and irreversibly removes:
- Your account identity (email address, phone number, linked Google/Apple/Facebook identity)
- All your recipes (title, ingredients, steps, cover images included)
- Your active session information
- Your in-app profile/preference settings
Data that is retained
Some anonymous records that cannot be linked back to your identity, kept solely for security and technical traceability, may remain in the system for a fixed period:
- Error logs — up to 90 days, then automatically deleted.
- Import activity logs — up to 180 days, then automatically deleted.
After your account is deleted, these records contain NO personal identifiers (email, phone, name); they are keyed to a random user ID (UUID) and cannot be linked back to you. Details: Privacy Policy.
Tarifio-Konto in der App löschen
- Öffne die Tarifio-App und melde dich an.
- Gehe zum Tab Profil.
- Tippe auf Einstellungen → Konto löschen.
- Bestätige die Löschung auf dem Bestätigungsbildschirm.
Die Löschung erfolgt sofort und kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.
Falls du keinen Zugriff auf die App hast
Wenn du dein Gerät verloren oder die App deinstalliert hast, schreibe an tarifioapp@gmail.com und gib die mit deinem Konto verknüpfte E-Mail-Adresse oder Telefonnummer an — wir bearbeiten deine Anfrage manuell innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist.
Gelöschte Daten
Bei der Kontolöschung werden dauerhaft und unwiderruflich entfernt:
- Deine Kontoidentität (E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer, verknüpfte Google-/Apple-/Facebook-Identität)
- Alle deine Rezepte (Titel, Zutaten, Schritte, inklusive Titelbilder)
- Deine aktiven Sitzungsinformationen
- Deine In-App-Profil-/Einstellungsdaten
Aufbewahrte Daten
Einige anonyme Datensätze, die nicht mit deiner Identität verknüpft werden können und ausschließlich zu Sicherheits- und technischen Nachverfolgungszwecken aufbewahrt werden, können für einen festen Zeitraum im System verbleiben:
- Fehlerprotokolle — bis zu 90 Tage, danach automatisch gelöscht.
- Import-Aktivitätsprotokolle — bis zu 180 Tage, danach automatisch gelöscht.
Nach der Löschung deines Kontos enthalten diese Datensätze KEINE personenbezogenen Identifikatoren (E-Mail, Telefon, Name); sie sind einer zufälligen Benutzer-ID (UUID) zugeordnet und können nicht mit dir in Verbindung gebracht werden. Details: Datenschutzerklärung.
